How do I order?

Online: Add atleast one item to your shopping bag and then click the Checkout button. During checkout, you can select your shipping option, enter payment info, and add billing and shipping addresses. You will also have the opportunity to review and edit your order before it is final.

What is your return/ exchange policy?

Satisfaction and quality are top priority for Salto™ by Shannon Miller. If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your merchandise, we will accept returns up to 30 days of receipt. We are not able to accept returns for any item that has been soiled, written on, or mishandled in any way that makes the item unsalable. Items returned in used condition will be returned to customer at the customer’s expense. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please fill out the Returns form found on the back of your order’s packing list. If you are exchanging, place your new order online.

Do you accept international orders?

Our website does not currently accept international orders. 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

In-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. If an item is out of stock, the ship date will be noted in your shopping bag at checkout. Delivery time is the expected ship time for your order after it leaves our facility. All merchandise is shipped ground, unless another method is requested. How do I use a promo code?
